The company is mainly engaged in electric arc furnace steelmaking process, energy saving and cost reduction research, and mainly provides electric arc furnace steelmaking process technical services and equipment upgrading. Its products include complete system equipment for furnace wall cluster jet oxygen burner, carbon powder tank and carbon powder gun complete system equipment, ladle, tundish and scrap steel baking system complete equipment, electric arc furnace bottom blowing complete system, furnace door mechanical arm and carbon oxygen gun complete system equipment, carbon oxygen gun accessories, etc. The company currently has 73 employees, including 6 senior engineers, 28 with bachelor's degree or above, more than 40% of R & D team personnel, 2 CNC engineers, 6 senior CNC craftsmen and 5 senior welding technicians, in recent years, the company's research and development projects include electric furnace steel liquid level monitoring, cluster oxygen burner pull tile nozzle parameter correction, cluster oxygen gun carbon gun magnesium carbon brick assembly, retractable oxygen burner, flip plate electric furnace door, with significant energy-saving cluster jet ladle, tundish baking bag and scrap preheating device.
