The whole system consists of the main oxygen injection system, epoxy system, gas system, water cooling system, three parts. The main oxygen injection system is located at the center of the cluster jet oxygen lance; the gas system is located at the outer layer of the main oxygen injection system with a ring gas nozzle; the epoxy system is located at the outer layer of the gas system with an epoxy interface; the water cooling system is located at the outer layer of the oxygen lance with a water inlet and a water outlet at one end of the oxygen lance; the gun body is composed of a four-layer casing made of seamless steel pipe or copper pipe. The tail structure shall facilitate the connection of oxygen transmission pipe, water inlet and outlet hose with oxygen lance, ensure the unobstructed clearance between the four layers of casing and cooling water channel, and facilitate the lifting of oxygen lance.

 

 

Nozzle commonly used copper material, can be forged copper by machining or casting method made. The main oxygen pipe and epoxy pipe are made of hot rolled seamless 304 steel pipe. The water inlet pipe and outlet pipe are made of ordinary steel pipe or copper pipe. The end bottom and nozzle hole of the nozzle are made of oxygen-free pure copper with copper content greater than 99.9. The water baffle is made of cast blue (yellow) copper or forged from copper plate because it does not withstand high temperature. The upper oxygen nozzle can be made of cast copper, copper pipe, rolled stainless steel pipe and other materials.

According to different design concepts, different manufacturers of cluster oxygen lances reflect different forms.
