On August 11, 2023, Tianjin Zhefeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the renovation project of a steel plant in Xinwuan City, Hebei Province. This renovation makes full use of the existing equipment (boom) of the steel plant and combines the actual situation on site to carry out the renovation, thus reducing the material cost of the steel plant and saving energy consumption for the enterprise at the same time. The reformed medium package is a seven-machine seven-hole medium package with an overall length of 8 meters. The medium package is made of magnesium. The baking temperature needs to be> 800 ℃ before use, A total of 7 burners on the baking bag have achieved the expected goal through renovation.

The baking bag device reformed by our company this time is an efficient combustion baking technology, which enables natural gas to be fully burned in the baking bag device, and realizes the purpose of saving fuel and raising temperature under the condition of shortening baking time. After the completion of the renovation project of Hebei Iron and Steel Plant, the baking time can be shortened by 0.5-1 hour, and each baking bag can save 1700m of natural gas, with a saving rate of more than 86%, the baking temperature can reach 1200 ℃, and after the transformation, automatic control can be realized: one-key ignition, small and medium-sized flame adjustable, flow adjustable, flame detection, temperature detection, gas leak alarm, rapid cut-off and other functions, more efficient and convenient for the iron and steel company to provide services.
